Just wondering what you thought of this calculator... Kind of like it but i dont know if the numbers are garbage:

I used it for my first cut when i was 18, its pretty legit if you're planning on doing the regular 5-6 meals a day , the macro calculator is pretty useful too.

Its a good starting point.

The biggest thing is if you choose to use it, make sure that you are paying attention to your body. Are you heading in the right direction for your goals?

I was going post the same, but I refrained....how this at all relates to a question about a calorie counter, I have no idea!
