I can barely do a plate on each side for one rep w/out a pretty dece cheat swing on the way up. You on dat Tr1umph/Conqu3r/Endur3 combo platter or somethin? Impressive.

I almost hesitate to recommend it so strongly...for if it touches your lips, "La Poutine" will become the bane of your existence... if you're a fat kid like me that gains weight really easily.

Lemme guess .... you decided to go rogue and train back / biceps today instead of going with the whole international chest day thing :)

I however went with the flow ..., sort of .... trained Chest/Delts/Biceps today .... oddly the gym was a ghost-town today so no issue getting a free bench,

Hah no :D Biceps has always been strongest part for me.
Participated in a local powerlifting competition in powercurls.

When I'm driving down all the way from Canada so I'm going to make it count!
They've been pretty good with making me custom orders for pick-up.
I did a peanut shell with raz+choc Angel cream & PB creme with Apple (GOAT).
