Do you have to cycle an AI??

I'm running Nolvadren and M-Test currently (coming off an 8 week run a month ago) and man, I don't remember an AI leaning me out like this. I am looking leaner than when I was on the gear train. I feel awesome (I stress a lot/anxiety) and the anti-cortisol effects are really helping out everyday life. Question being- What is the longest you would run an AI for?

Whats the ai?

Oh that's news to me. Is Androst a compound you should cycle though?
I wanna say no, pharma grade ai's have some downsides that make me limit use. (I only use them if necessary) i dont think theres any issues with what your using, im not 100% positive but pretty damn sure

Its drying me out on the same level as hdrol or 70% of what anavar does. I like how cheap it is to achieve a dry look

Most otc test boosters say that to cover there ass....

Yep. But it does actually have a discernable effect....and, usually (for me) I cycle almost anything that really works.

......even though it isn't really considered an AI by most of us now.

I agree there, anything besides creatine and vitamins i dont use long term

It has 200mg dim in it as well, but as the others said, not much of an ai. The drying out and joint pain is more likely from lowered cortisol and placebo.

I would cycle it. There are definitely no long-term studies on that compound, so why not cycle it? I wouldn't stay on arimistane indefinitely, but that's just me.

Does DIM do anything at all? I've been running gear for 10 years it's not placebo... its drying me out for sure.

210- what do you run between cycles? I've been leaning out a lot but dont look as full , constant battle between good and evil I know. Is there anything natural that you'd reccomend to hold mass while cutting?

Maybe look into something like HMB. It's very difficult to retain ALL muscle and strength while cutting if not on PH or AAS though.

Hmmm never heard of it, looks enticing. You've had good results with this?

I run it all the time when cutting now. I've seen some studies on it in the past showing some effectiveness of it. I wouldn't expect anything too significant though, but it won't hurt in helping retain muscle on a cut.
