Do You Have A Band-Aid? KgTomCat's CUT Log

Hmmmm.... never heard of it.

Check your local vitamin shoppe. They usually sell them in single bars as not to overcommit.

Their cookies (white choc for one) are the absolute BOMB. Like better than regular cookies, but they still have about 9g of sugar for two. Not sure how that fits into your manorexic diet.

Manorexism is a disease. I can eat 9g sugars, I'm not doing keto or anything. Assuming they're simple carbs, I suppose a post workout situation would be fine.

Its really easy to get carried away with the granola. Its pretty sweet stuff - and "1 bowl" is pretty ambiguous. If you're still making progress - great - otherwise you may need to revisit portion size. Also - looks like you're staying saturated with carbohydrates all day. I'm just eating them AM and PostWO, and I feel pretty good thus far.

It is all day. Don't get all offended man. You're taking in carbs with every meal. As long as it stays within your macros its fine.

Ok - so are you eating them because you think you need them? Or because you're hungry?

todays case...I needed them. my first meal was basically pre WO meal, then post WO meal, then the only carbs with dinner were from wheat bread (26). Ill say I've only had about 100g carbs today and my hunger has been fine...Im about to have a 50g shake with some PB then go to bed

Just responding to your earlier question... feel free to mix protein / carb / fats... In general - try to stay away from Fats in your Post WO meal... Other than that - go to town.

yea I read that in a magazine...its hard to resist PB post WO but okay. are you cutting now?

Quicker paced recomp. I kinda talked about it a little bit on my last post over at the Annihilation.
ohhh, I forgot to mention my spring break is next week. Im going to Panama with a bunch of friends...gonna try to stick to the diet as much as possible

Haha...good luck sticking to your diet on Spring Break man! If you can do that you're a better man than me. Personally I'll be sticking to my diet right up to the day I leave for Thailand and then all bets are off! I'll be eating (and drinking) everything in sight!

it wont be so hard actually...im a big guy and none of my friends give me shitt or fukk with me, its just controlling myself is what is going to be hard. mainly alcohol consumption..food isnt bad cuz none of us have money, but the alcohol will be everywhere, so yea...

Still got some brown sugar up in that oatmeal?

Are you still losing? Trimming down? Your breakfast is pretty skewed on macros towards carbs - both simple and complex - plus a pretty huge shot of fat from the PB.

nope, just oatmeal w/1 scoop of whey. Im not going to eat much today...so I tried to get sugar (apple) carbs (oatmeal, wheat bread) fat (PB) in one shot, of course Ill be getting plenty of protein, but not many carbs, maybe some fat with the shakes (PB).
Is this wrong? instead of trying to get a good portion of my macros in one meal, space them throughout the day?

just took this for Timber

Im almost done with my first bottle of Furaguno, I did some thinking and being that I leave sunday for Florida for a week, Im going to just do 3 ED, then once I get back get really serious about my diet and training. This is because I looked at myself in the mirror the other day and realized what I have been doing, taking all these supps, seeing results but not the ones I want, Ive basically been half-assing everything
snack
50g whey shake

Your meals should really mimic a portion of your macros.

All I'm saying is, the above meal is at least 2.5 to 1 carbs to protein ratio. IMO - its a rough start to a lower carb cut day of eating.

You do look smaller though.

Good point. I guess from here until I get back from spring break Im just trying to maintain, but once I get back, Ill be more disciplined, went to Golds and had a really good chest workout. Supersetted chest with back, incline BB-row, flat BB-lat pulldown, flyes-one-arm cable row

dinner
2 salads-eggs, carrots, spinach, oil & vinegar
omelet-eggs, tomato, spinach, ham
20g whey shake

This is the best thing I have ever heard you say bud. Do it to it.

I think I should take out the wheat bread and just have tuna-fish for that meal :(

Alternatively, you could separate the whey from the tuna and eat them in separate snacks and meals. Both great sources of protein, but you would get better utilization if you pull them apart by 2 or 3 hours.

Hard to imagine though that you feel the need to jam down 2 pieces of plain wheat bread... I know you're eating clean, but the lowish carb route is the only way I envision you slimming down. You wont even need hormones.

Losing weight is pretty damn easy, just need to be more stubborn than you are hungry - if that makes any sense. Find something else to chew on dude. You got that meal plan, eat a crapton of steamed veggies.

the low-carb gets ALOT of bad rep...but I too feel its required to reach the BF% I desire

Does the bad rep come from one of your other nonsensical sources? I'm not talkin Atkins foo. I'm talking carbs consumed at times when your body needs and can utilise the nutrients... Also not condoning eating bacon 3 times a day.

Of course, you could keep your current carb intake and cut fat, but you'd have to do more cardio than I think you're prepared to do at this point.

its mainly just my friends who are exercise science majors, some exercise psychologist came to school and lectured and ranted about how you need carbs, low carb is the devil, blah...he even said milk is bad! haha...so now all my friends think im retarded for doing what im doing, but i look better and im stronger than 95% of them...

I love veggies!
