I hear you CREAO. This doesn't happen to me all that often, but it's irritating EVERY goddamned time. These nobodies who question my protein shakes seem to believe that "all bodybuilding supplements are gimmicks." The thing that makes it especially irritating, however, is that these blokes are usually old, flabby, and have such a conceited, know-it-all attitude.

shes been around for a while...
thankfully i don't have any females strut'n their stuff in my gym because i'd never get anything done, especially from the looks of your avatar; i'd probably follow you home...j/k..lol. but dammit that is a hot pic.
I hate the guy who always has really bad gas. in my gym he stands infront of the big fan and shits himself the whole time. it literally fills the whole gym up with a nasty stench. it isn't long before everyone leaves and he is the only one left. good tactic i guess for getting the gym to himself.
 
Theres this flamer(yes, he really is) at my gym and EVERY time he sees me do weighted dips he FREAKS OUT. He says im not supposed to add weight to them :confused:

So I ask him if im not using good form or if im not going down deep enough or if hes mad that rhode island hasnt legalized gay marrage yet, and he says no, im just not supposed to add weight to my dips.

there's makeup...
then there's MAKEUP... like "hoe-d up to go downtown and hook up with guys"-MAKEUP

I guess its where I'm from, I cant contemplate a governmental body even contemplating that... down here if you were a person that pushed for that, you'd get beaten up ;)
 
Oh man, yesterday was priceless.

So thers this girl, HOT AS ALL HELL walks near me and my friend erick. She goes to a bench so he decides to take the one right next to her. Long story short, he puts on 250 for his third set (way to much for him, he gets 205 x3-4 or so). So im like "Dude dont do it" and he does it... it slams down on him, and I hadn't planned on doing heavy upright rows that day seing as it was chest day and all but I had to. He make a fool out of himself :rofl:
 
I was in the gym yesterday and these two ass monkeys came in, ya know the guys that are big boned, but think they are really big bodybuilders, anyway they come out in their wife beater shirts with arms that look like over filled water balloons, i,v seen better cuts under a band aid, they load up every machine with excessive amount of weight and move it like an inch or two and then leave it all on there so the next person can see how much they were using, really entertaining. They get done and put their work clothes on and go back to work without taking a shower, oh yea their r loud about all their lifting knowledge, too funny..........
