I just started taking xtend as part of my racquetball training this week...I was told BCAA's are a must to take.
If I make 4 or 5 of them the night before and put them in water bottles with water and put in fridge....will they lose potency over night?
Right now I make one an hour before I head to the gym to do drills but mornings are nuts with getting 2 kids ready for school.
Also same question for powdered creatine......does it have to be made then taken right away?
