do pills get weaker over time

I have some leftover drol from my previous cycle and clomid i was wondering if these pills will lose there strength over time and how long do i got? Also if i was going to cycle these will sus 250, should i use the drol to jump start since sus has to quick acting? also i have read that with sus you should take it every other day, what do you guys think? If you had these what cycle would you do and when would you start the clomid after your last shot?
 
The pills should be fine. Most drugs can last for years.

Ideally, sust should be inject every other day, but 2 or 3 times weekly will work. I would take the anadrol during the first 3-4 weeks.
