Do not take Tylenol (acetaminophen) with Prosteroids

hi could someone tell me what steroids i could take for a beginner to start off with im 13 stone and need to get bigger thanks

Yep, Dosed about 4-5 g of acetaminophen for over 2 weeks this past summer and had to be admitted to the hospital and given IV NAC. Took me 6 weeks for my elevated liver enzymes to come back down to normal.

Ah IV Mucomyst........unfortunately i've given it to people in similar situations more often that i'd like to over the years. Glad to see you've recovered nicely leet. A lesson learned no doubt.

Like mentioned acetaminophen can be taken up to 4g's a day with no liver issues at all. I'm extremely shocked that this is news to some. This info has been on commercials & everywhere for years. But just like anything, moderation you'll be fine just don't take more than recommended or don't take with alcohol, etc. One great thing about acetaminophen is it's extremely gentle on your stomach whereas Ibuprofin & aspirin are AWFUL. Every time you take ibuprofin your stomach will bleed to some extent at least. But moderation...

Tylenol is a very liver toxic compound according to this latest report from the amazing Life Extension Foundation. If you care about your liver, please stay away from Acetaminophen products including Tylenol, especially when taking prosteroids. The people who they site have died are people who have not eaten and taken tylenol (can you say dieting). I can only imagine a kid who drinks, takes his usual dose of XYZ-Drol in the morning and 3 tylenol...receipe for disaster!

The joke is that the Govt will tell you that steroids cause liver toxicity yet Tylenol is worse on your liver than any of the prosteroids.

Also, there is this one:

"Tylenol Damages Liver, Even at Recommended Doses

The pain reliever acetaminophen may cause liver damage in healthy adults, even when used at recommended doses, according to a recent report.5

When men and women took 4 grams of Tylenol, equivalent to the maximum recommended daily dose of eight extra-strength Tylenol tablets each day for two weeks, nearly 40% demonstrated dramatic liver enzyme elevations, which doctors consider a possible sign of liver damage.

Acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol, is widely used to manage pain and fever. An estimated one in five US adults uses acetaminophen every week. Since acetaminophen is found in over 200 pain relievers and cold remedies, many people may consume large doses by unknowingly combining medications.

Life Extension has warned about the dangers of acetaminophen poisoning since 1992. Acetaminophen overdose is the leading cause of acute liver failure in the United States.6

I remember way way back in the day when I first started working out and taking care of myself. I read an article where if someone were to take acetaminophen and alcohol in just enough quanities it would cause liver failure and death very quickly, quite possibly within hours. I have an aunt that would regularly drink wine, and take things like this, and she eventually died from liver failure a few years ago.

I'll take Aleve (Naproxen Sodium) or Advil (Ibuprofen) when I have something going on.

However, my girlfriend that is 4 months pregnant was told by her girl parts doctor to ONLY take Tylenol, and in 500mg doses or less.

I thought that was weird to be honest, but then again the only part of the pussy I'm familiar with doesn't really do much for making a little person.

I just broke my finger in really awkward way yesterday. The doc gave me Vicodin. The pain is enough where I need to take it. I have been running Trenbolen 45mg and Furazadrol along with liver support.

Will I be ok to take the Vicodin since now I have to start my PCT?

i rarely take tylenol, if i do have pain, and its intense, ill take 1600mg of ibuprofen, but thats once in a bluemoon. i try to stick it out for the most part.
1.6g of ibuprofen is a dangerously massive single dose, dude - hope you don't do one of those within 3 months of a cycle!

Seriously, ibuprofen is arguably as bad as acetaminophen in terms of liver damage (if not worse than).

i'v been prescribed 2400mg of ibuprofen daily for several weeks... the biggest issue with high dose nsaids is stomach damage, and possible renal damage if taken long term

As for aspirin... i'm not a fan b/c i have read about several occasions where people suffered liver failure, but usually not directly from the aspirin itself

One document showed a guy who had been taking cold medicine for about a week, then went out on new years and got enebriated... and then popped asprin the next morning and throughout the day for a hangover, and wound up in the hospital with liver failure

The liver is resiliant... taking small amounts of aspirin every once in a while is not going to have negative effects, but i wouldn't take it for any extended period of time

Damn dude, that's allot of ibuprofen. Im surprised they didn't give you something stronger like Naproxen.

Naproxen is NOT stonger than ibuprofen. They are both NSAIDS period. Their mechanism of action is basically the same overall. NSAIDS can cause multiple issuses if abused, but if used in the short term in the hands of a responsible person, they are very effective overall with limited side effects.
