Wow my pee is bubbly too lol.

Bubbly = usually NORMAL

Sometimes it's fizzy, usually after masturbation sometimes. I don't know why.

Foamy/Bubbly usine after masterbation/discharge = NORMAL

I myself had a blood test done not too long ago where I was tested for any possible problem. I had the test when I changed doctors. Everything came back fine except my bad cholesterol was a little high. I've been wondering if I could be pissing out vitamins. I take a cheap multi.

You could very well be "pissing out unabsorbale vitamins" but this will not give you false negatives on blood or urine assays.

Also I can't have creatine. I don't take it and haven't for awhile but when I did take it, it made m dehydrated once and over-hydrated another time because it made me so thirty I drank a gallon of water in about an hour to an hour and a half time frame after I had about half a gallon previously that day.

If your doc advised you to refrain form using creatine, then refrain. Sadly, most Docs don't have a clue about the creatine and creatinine relationship but if I were you, I'd listen until you've gained proper insight from another professional who has the ability supercede his advice.

Regarding hydration for someone who cannot use creatine, look into glycerol, taurine and maintaining al other electrolyte balances (salt, potassium, mag, etc).

I have some taurine here I bought like 2 years ago. I can use it but I really only bought it because it helped mean when I was a health nut and refrained from re-gluten. Now that I'm used to food with some free gluten I haven't really used it. I still have half a container. I just can't take creatine regardless of what the doc says or not. I can handle only up to 5 grams anymore there starts to be trouble. I'm not talking 5 grams at one time either I mean per day.

Drink a lot of water. Avoid on eating salty foods.
