Hello Everyone:

Pondering something here . . .Some people say when doing your daily macro's you don't need to count Extra Virgin Olive Oil as fat just the calories because EVOO is a healthy fat and used differently in the body . . . any feelings on this?

Currently I have been counting anything that goes in but when I came across the above it made me wonder as if I didn't have to count it I really could up my daily cals.

Thanks to all who respond and have a great day

Count both the calories and fats in your macros

lol . . . yeah I figured that and always have but I guess it was wishful thinking as I came across a link on some site (can't remember now) that said EVOO was different and I was like "Really? . .don't think so!" . . however, with all the new research I figured I'd toss it out anyways . . TY
