This will be my first cycle ever. Currently i am doing a push pull routine with 6-8 reps(heavy sets). Would it be more benificial to do higher reps (10-15) or stick to what I am doing.
or if i do a upper lower split and training upp 4 times a week and lower 2 would i be fine?
I would switch to higher volume so your body can use the added recovery from the ph, then move back to strength after. I find its easier coming off the ph with your weights going up rsther than staying stagnant or seeing a drop.
