They may drop it a tiny bit, it would also depend on the dose you use. But it shouldn’t be to a noticeable degree. I’ve used both and never noticed anything when it comes to testosterone / dht.

Is it your goal to keep dht steady or to lower it?

I’m trying to max dht..
I’ve been using nootropics depot Dioscorea Nipponica and have been feeling amazing(confidence, libido, motivation).
I’ve been also using SNS Kidney Asisst(curcumin)which helped me heaps in regards to some problems I have been having. Recently added SNS Joint support(curcumin) and nootropics depot Nigella Sativa 10% and just made me concerned a little bit, that it might be in conflict with my current dht maxing protocol.

Ah ok, I heard a lot of great things about ND dioscorea, it worth checking out their cistanche and cistamax products for DHT boosting too. And I know sorghum has been shown to increase DHT significantly (by 60% I believe) so it may be worth throwing that in there too, I believe ND also has a product with sorghum in it.

We use 3 branded forms of Curcumin and Black Seed Oil in Elite Curcumin, and I wouldn't say that it would drop DHT to any degree that would be noticeable. One of those things where in theory it may some, but not enough to notice any difference in the real world.

Yeah man Dioscorea is truly amazing,
I’ve looked into sorghum and other stuff that I’ve started incorporating aswell. It’s all working well.
