Hi everyone i have a question about DNP. I just finished my first cycle of DNP today, i ran it for 17 days. I ran it as follows:
Days 1-4 250mg
Days 5-8 250mg every 16hrs
Days 8-16 250mg every 12hrs so basically 500mg of crystal DNP a day.
Day 17 250mg (decided that it was becoming too uncomfortable and the recent "heat wave" of upper 40's F in chicago kinda made it a lot hotter for me, the days where the good ol chicago winter had the temps in the upper teens and lower 20's F where just perfect
There were maybe 3 days other than the first 4 days where i only took 250mg that day due to me being in a situation (finals at school) where i didn't really want to deal with the heat flashes and excessive sweats, but these days where not concurrent. Anyways i started at 199lbs at 18% bodyfat. I haven't really weighed myself too often due to the fact that i know that my weight would fluctuate a lot. My weight today on my last day was 191lbs. Yes that is a decrease, but it seems to me based on reading other logs that i didn't really lose that much compared to others. I maintained my cutting diet pretty much the same it was before the DNP. In the mirror i do seem to be somewhat more slender than before.
My question is exactly how much water weight on average can i expect to lose? 5lbs? Also i know that i'm bloated, but everyone says not to look in the mirror or scale to judge my results until i lose the water weight. So exactly how much of a difference can i expect to see visually in the next few days? Is the water bloat really have a large effect on how i look visually now compared to when i lose the water? Basically I'm concerend that what i see now is what i will look like in a week after the water weight has dropped. Don't get me wrong i am impressed by DNP it's just that it didn't really have the visual impact i thought it would and i'm hoping that the bloat is really affecting how i look now.
So those of you with personal experience can you give me some input on these questions:
1- How long til I drop the water weight?
2- How many lbs on average (of water weight) have you lost after your cycle of DNP ended?
3- What in your opinion will my bodyfat be? I started at 18% and am almost positive that i lost a very minimal if any amount of muscle so do you think i might have lost 4% BF? What %BF did you lose?
4- Since you lose water weight after a cycle yet gain glycogen and intramuscular water afterwards does that mean that my weight will remain what it is today (191lbs)?
5- Does the bloat really affect how I look visually, will i notice a definte change in physique in the next week?
6- Is it true that the cycles after the first cycle tend to yeild better results than the first?
I know that these questions are kinda hard for you all to answer i am mainly looking for input on what YOU experienced so that i can get an idea of what to expect. Don't get me wrong i definately lost more on this cycle than in the several weeks beforehand and am to the most part pleased with the results i'm just hoping i will have a little surprise in a week or so when i look in the mirror. I found the cycle quite tolerable except for the past few days when the temps here reached the 40's. I will be running another cycle in a few weeks of 3 days at 250mg then 500mg for 11 days. Wanna lose as much BF before running my first test e cycle so that my proportion of muscle to fat gain will be as good as possible and that if my BF goes up on cycle it will be at a minimum. Oh yeah one more thing a little unrelated - If i keep my diet real clean i know i will gain fat on a 10 week cycle of 500mg/week Test E, but will my muscle gains outpace the fat gain so that my BF will stay the same or maybe even decrease or is that hoping for too much.
