DNP, higher dose = more effective?

is there a point in taking DNP in doses of 400 mg and above? i've read that 200 mg is more than enough to nuke all carbs and glycogen while a higher dose only speeds up bioaccumulation leading to side effects. another benefit of lower dosages is that it's slightly feasible to have enough energy for cardio. however, people tend to do higher dosages, as much as a gram per day, so do higher dosages increase effectiveness? for the best results, should one take as much DNP as one can handle?
 
no not as much as you can handle.You should read the guides on other sites like How Not To Fcuk Up DNP .Most start at 200mg then after it builds up in their bodies most up the dose to 400mg .Some people run it at 600mg.

It can increase metabolism by 150% of course higher doses speed it up.If oyu run a 12 day cycle correctly you can lose 10-12lbs of fat easily.Do it properly,take the recommended supplements along with it,make sure your carbs are high enough and the most are coming from sugars and monitor yourself carefully.
 
Be fckn careful. It is a great drug..IF you know what your'e doing. If you **** up even a little bit you can burn yourself up

Agreed.Run it low at first,take your pyruvate,vitamins.....pretty much as the guides lay out and you'll be fine.
 
I was gonna try Dnp.. But my never recieved it from a online source. So never got experience it.. From what I read it the best thing out there.. Good luck on it

You won't die at 400-600. Anything above that I wouldn't even think about. 400 is the highest id ever go. There is so much misinformation about this stuff. Yes it'll kill you if you take too much, like mostly everything in life. Tylenol kills plenty of people but no one freaks out about it.

Take all the supports, drink water, and stay out of the heat. These people who treat it like the boogeyman haven't even tried it.

Exactly.It is still used by doctors for very fat people to lose weight.Albeit it is so closely monitored but these people are on DNP for months without any illness or death.

For a bodybuilder yes you need to take the risks into consideration and it is like Dante's inferno but it can be used properly.I use it to get rid of that last 10-15lbs of fat after a long cut...I never seem to lose the fat I want without it.

I'll be running my 3rd run of it in the first week of July at 200mg for 6-7 days and 400mg for 5-6 days.Always works a charm.

It is harder during the summer I might add.I used it last winter and I was walking around in long sleeved t-shirt while everyone else was in big duffel coats.My first run during a summer was terrible.I had no air conditioner,I stayed in the house all day,barely slept.I would never do it without melatonin again (3g)every night.

OP the most important thing to do if your upping your dose is to keep sugars high and get your hands on some pyruvate.Uncoupling ATP is a nasty business.
