i dnt even think its been a month since you ended epistane. and whats this "no gym" crap? you have the money to buy a bunch of crap to try and shortcut some muscle gains but not enough to have a gym membership or a real home gym setup?

Not everybody can afford a monthly gym membership of 50 a month with a wife and two young kids bro. And get off my ass about the epi sh!t, I ended my cycle short and kept logging during PCT. Should of been more clear on that but anyways, I have DB and curl bar and weights that go up to 200lbs. I'm good on a "real home gym setup" And as far as "short cutting muscle gains" who isn't here to gain muscles quickly!? Damn bro some of you guys are true know it alls and should be f'n rocket scientists.

IMO it's a waste on what u doing. I wouldn't take dmz and stano with no gym. It's restarted, if anything go with supplements. Show some before and after and prove to anyone who agrees with me that's it's worth it.

I agree with onion that if you can afford gear you should be able to afford a gym that said we shouldn't get on his case about no gym everyone to their own butttt you gotta get creative bro what you outlined I believe won't cut it damn there's not much work there but you didn't outline sets or reps. Man I don't go to a gym not once for about a year but my gym(mancave) is decked squat racks(for barbell curls lol)smith machine for no spotters and declines 350kg of weights see what I'm getting at, your running bare min on gear get creative and work your ****ing ass off

He's another thing I did a quick loose sum on all your gear and supps and this doesn't even include your protein I reckon it'll come to about $500.i bought all my gym equipment for under that second hand off eBay and its not that cheap **** either,if you got the room maybe that's something to think about ??
