Also, dmz vs msten for KEEPABLE gains... That's a real toss up. They're both orals you run for less than two months. It's hard to keep gains you get in less than two months of you come off right away.
I would vote Msten, just because less of what you gain will be fat, in fact you may lean out a bit. Dmz will not lean you out unless you are very gifted genetically. If you eat real dirty you'll still get fat.
Also,
Chados what I mean is on dmz a guy might gain 20 lbs on 1500 calorie surplus with 5lbs of fat, 10lbs of water in the muscle, and 5lbs of dry protein. Whereas the same athlete and diet on msten it's more like 10lbs of dry protein, 10lbs of water in the muscle, and you've actually LOST 5-10lbs of visceral and subcutaneous fat or more. So the weight at the end of the cycle on msten would be less, because you leaned out more. But you gained more muscular weight than on dmz.
Either way, that water losses out the day you stop taking it. Seriously you'll piss out ten lbs the day after your dmz cycle ends. I sure did this last time.
