DMZ / MSTEN / TRIUMPH which one?

Which of these would be easier on my liver?

1. DMZ @ 40mg for 6 weeks
2. MSTEN @ 20mg for 4 weeks
3. Triumph at @ 60mg for 8 weeks

I'm asking these dosages because that's what I have on hand atm. Thanks AM!
 
And while I'm at it, what would bring more gains? From research I feel like dmz is the answer for me. Any input is greatly appreciated. I'm starting next week.
 
I can't recall my exact liver values after my last Msten run but they were only elevated but still within range after a 4 week cycle @ 20. The others I would only be guessing, but the hepatoxicity of all three is listed as moderate in various sources. I did read that one DMZ study showed little to no significant effect on liver values in patients for 45+ days. Honestly man, at those different lengths and dosages, it's almost a wash. But I would probably choose the shortest cycle for less prolonged liver stress.

I'm loading up on a gram of tudca and I have read the azine bond should lessen the stress.

About 2 weeks I think. I'm gonna start loading HB and NAC next week. I'll be logging so I'll tag you when I do for sure. I'm still mulling over the options but it looks like that last layout I shared is still gtg. How is that stack you're running so far? Has it kicked in yet?
 
Muscle fullness is on, I look better but I'm weak right now. I dropped my preworkout dosage too that's why. I'll be adding dmz next week maybe

It's definitely between DMZ and Msten for gains. I know it's not definitive but the anabolic/androgenic ratio for each:
DMZ-210:95
Msten-660:90-170
Triumph-300:20
