DMZ, less for longer?

For my recomp:

Stano 1k/1k/1k/1k/1k/1k/1k
Dmz 45/45/45/45
or
Stano 1k/1k/1k/1k/1k/1k/1k
Dmz 30/30/30/30/30/30

My objectives are -bf%>lean lbs>strength

Opinions?
 
6 weeks can be ran higher. My first ever cycle was DMZ 30/30/40/40/60/60. 60 was the sweet spot. 40 was great too. My next one is planned for 8 weeks.

Start low and increase, why not 2 weeks of 30, 2 of 45, 2 of 60, and if you're feeling good, another 2 of 60 or 75

Man I really wanted to run it for 8 but wasn't sure how bad it was going to be for my bp and overall cardio values.
 
You can always monitor BP(which you really should do anyways) and lethargy and simply drop the dose back down if it becomes too much. I do have to ask a general question for everyone: Why if you are making gains on say 30 DMZ would you up the dose to 60? With thirty you can run either twice as long or another cycle. With the ability to order these compounds easily coming to an end I think everyone will start to be a little more judicious with their dosing.

Oh man it would definitely be harsh but that's why you have to have all your bases covered. This next one isn't going to be cheap, that's for sure. I should probably just pin lol but I can't really hide that still living at home.

Valid point, but let me ask you a question:
If you up to 60 and make better gains with a small enough increase in sides that you can run for the same length as 30,then why not? You can always back down if it's too much. Also, 2 cycles of 30 vs one cycle of 60 would be much more expensive. So if the gains vs cost is better for 60, I'd go with 60.

I have my bases covered with complete supports and I felt unhealthy at 40mg so I didn't continue. My bp was borderline all cycle around 128/78. Never had it that high ever.

I'm actually getting more higher quality supports at the end of this cycle and just run it all the way to pct. My normal bp off cycle is always around 105s/65s.
 
I think both options look good. If you're new to DMZ I would go with lower dosage for longer and then maybe bump the dosage up in the later weeks if you're doing good. You can always check out our info page at Strong Supplement Shop if you need some more info, Invalid Link Removed

I 'upped' SD from 20mg to 30 last time and never recovered my appetite. Even when I finished out the last week at 10mg. The toxicity had taken its toll. I am slightly more cautious with upping doses because I want to enjoy this cycle to a degree.

That's a completely normal raise in bp on anabolics. Be happy your doesn't rest where mine does: 135/75. I ran clen alongside epi once. Not pretty.
