I have been running dmz 3.0 for about 2 weeks taking 2 caps which would be 60mg....and sides started getting pretty nasty....blood pressure through the roof 180/110 so I dropped my dosage down to 1 cap a day so 30mg a day....and blood pressure has been running around 150 still having terrible headaches though but I can make do....question is...is 30 mg enough? Should I try taking 60mg again? I weigh 226 I was taking one cap at 7 20AM and the 2nd cap at around 5-6 so I was taking them 10-11 hours apart...I am on cycle armor has a lot of good stuff in it just still not touching the blood pressure....I have ran 1-4 Andro in the past and Msten but have never had these bad of side effects thanks for the help.....p.s I’m new so sorry if I didn’t explain something good enough

if you are getting nasty sides then maybe you should stop, are you running cycle support? what is your pct?

seconded^ what are you using for cycle support?

highly reccommend CEL Cycle assist + TUDCA if you have nothing

Stop the cycle... Get your BP under control, start a new cycle later. You will need ubiquinol and other things to run these compounds if you are having BP issues. For some the cycle support all in ones just don't give you what you need. Lots of fish oil, add in ubiquinol /CoQ10.

If your bp is sitting at 150/110 not training it could be getting near stroke levels during max effort training... a cycle simply is not worth the risk. Back off get BP in control spend a week or so preloading some of the added support supps I mentioned then start back at 30 and see how your BP responds. If better for a week then increase the following week and monitor it. If it still gets out of hand I would think about getting on BP meds, or dieting to correct the issue before running another cycle.

BP is nothing to gloss over and try to "make do" with. Especially for someone training as hard as we do on gear. All it takes is a clot or a thin spot in a blood vessel in the brain and sayonara mother fugger! You could be dead or worse left mumbling and drooling in a chair for the next 45 years...

60mg of dmz is a lot. you will get sides at that dose. Sucks your pills are 30mg. 45 mg is my sweetspot

Also, I can't stress this enough, hydration has a MASSIVE effect on blood pressure, if you are even the slightest bit dehydrated your blood pressure is going to be higher. Drink a fugton of water! It makes a difference!

Might want to consider opening the caps up and splitting the dosage and re cap them (you can either use the existing capsules or buy some veggie gel caps online for super cheap...its a bitch to do, but possible. I recommended buying a digital scale that measures down to the milligram.
Shoot for 30mg of DMZ a day total (15AM/15PM) and see how that works out for your BP.

Also, do some research on good BP support supplements...Don't just rely on the cycle assist products, while those are great, many are under dosed where you need it and may not contain the support ingredients you need...sounds like you need a bit more and/or other BP ingredients.
If all that fails, time to end the cycle and go get bloodwork done ASAP. Talk to your doc and figure out the next step.

Doesn't SuperDMZ 3.0 contain another PH besides just DMZ? Isnt it MSten and Alpha as well? If so, that stuff might just be too strong for your system to handle.
