350 beltless 3 count paused squat just cause leah said she would kick me in the balls if I just walked up and did it with now without sleeves & belt. Felt fantastic like it was just the bar actually felt they miss loaded it felt so light wtf

Then DB shoulder press and all the accompanying crap

Haven't be squatting really but everything I have been doing I've made sure I get deep as I can think it's helping

Stomach is still sensitive but I'm working with it

More shoulder and hamstring focus this will be my trend while on maintenance

Went in for some serous work felt pretty good today hit a 235 bench no warmup single today early. Did some heavyish hatfield squats 362 ssb with doubled green bands for 5

We'll didn't get to 198 but I was 202.5 this morning after 14 weeks of rp and I'm very pleased going to chill at maintenance for a bit then take it from there

Attempted first off diet meal was a fail apparently it did learn something went to get sushi and woke up 5 hrs later 200lbs even lol
