There's slack in my hook grip, if we're thinking the same thing. It hangs/"hooks" from my thumb/index. It's not like I'm completely palming the bar.

The whole thing based off a wrapped max. My thought processes was I get so much out of wraps why wrap for the down set it would be super easy. But in hine sight I should have not be lazy and wrapped yesterday to get the sets in
