Squatting 400 lbs for 40 reps might have something to do with that fail.. Volume squats kill me off the floor for deads.

Great day pressing.
Changed the way I get setup felt much tighter and it showed 285 moved the best it has in a long, long time so pleased the 225 pauses where like nothing till the 5 counts think with that setup I could have finally hit 225 for 10

Never benched with football bar it was a good experience...

Legs are ridiculously sore worse they have been in a long time new bench setup didn't help but either did getting our of the car lol

Seems that diet is progressing nicely hope to hit my goal in 2 months could be sooner but I'm sure I'm going to be eating like **** next weekend

If you keep it tight at the Arnold you're pretty well at 198 man. Which I know is a goal of yours. It is possible to have a couple great meals without derailing everything.

People get caught up in an all or nothing mentality, but that's the worst thing you can do. Balance!

Hahaha. What'd you do? My abs were sore as hell from the rollouts i did for gpp a couple weeks ago and i said I'll just stick to pallofs.
 
Sunday I did about roller for sets of 20 than yesterday the 3 mins of crunches so I tried ab roller again wasn't happening

Not a bad day, getting into have weights twice a week is taking its toll everything above 315 felt heavy even had to rerack 365 once cause it felt heavy but I decided not to bitch out and get after it. Couldn't tell my depth but it felt good

Leaving in the morning for the Arnold I can't wait only thing is I got sucked into helping at the xpc for squat warm-ups man is that going to suck big time sure there are going to be some Awsome people back there lime the lilliebridges but man is it going to be a cluster ****

Place called Super chef's in Columbus had some great stuff like cinnamon toast crunch waffles / cinnamon toast crunch baked in with it sprinkled on top

If u got a full stack of pancakes the came out stacked 10 inchs high

His site is really easy to navigate the hundreds of videos. I'm pretty sure the guy doesn't blink either. I want to know what coffee He drinks.

Tren brand, only downside is the sleeping pills he takes to sleep on it...
 
Do guys really take sleeping pills to push more tren? I know some take bp medication to push more gear but sleeping pills seems even crazier to me...

I know of one top guy who's described by someone who knows him better than I as a "pillhead". And he's not talking about Dbol.

Yes they really do. I think in the end it's no different then taking ais to up the test, caber to up the deca or tren, bp meds to up the dose, and sleeping pills to sleep on it all. Just apart of the game really.
 
Competitive powerlifting scares me lol

I think it would be healthier to be a full weightclass fatter and not push big doses+heavy ancillaries.

Fronts are feeling better second set of 3 I took my air into my chest which caused me to feel light headed so I racked it after 1 rep could have made it up but it's not a big deal

Deadlift is feeling great, pauses are fun but hard especially without a belt. 315 for 17 was just for fun I seen Gracie V hit 18 reps and I was shooting for more but I didn't count someone else did for me still had plenty left thou

Got to use my new versa grips on 45° raises I like them not sure how much weight they can handle it don't plan to max effort DL in them I figure if I can't pull it with just my hands I don't need to be pulling it

Abs are burning
