I got a longhorn too, it's made by Texas belts.. Got the lever one myself, it was one of the most budget friendly belts when I was shopping around.

Pretty good BB day hacks were at parallel from what I could see no clue what the sled weights got to be at least 30#

A lot of hamstring volume it's a lagging body part

Got to love 465 quarter squatters with wraps thought he was going to snap a quad

Lost may balance a couple time on split squat glad I was in a rack lol

As for belt think I'm going with bobs belts again I love my green one and I'm going to customize it a bit

So 8x10 banded hacks, 8x10 tempo leg curl, 4x10 leg curl, quick 500lb pull joke show, 30 reps of bss. Jesus lol. Lotta reps brotha...id be feeling that for days.
 
I loved this as soon as I saw banded hack squats. That's a great movement.

So quick update
Yesterday went well meet lasted 9 to 630-7

Out of 6 people who trained with us / friend s no one bomb out

The guy I was mainly handling hit 800 Sq
520 bench and 695 dead geared

Leah did good 440 Sq 310 bench and 395 dead geared and is now qualified for the Arnold in 2 weight classes lol

I am beat to **** being a handler is stressful trying to organize warmups load plates keep track of flights going to get food by the end I was dreading my 3 hr drive home but seeing my friends succeed was well worth it

Hips are toast from standing all day too but need to hit leg tomorrow
 
Being a handler is extremely hard and so rewarding. I like handling as much or more than lifting. I've handled 4 and 2 in shirts in one day. Can't imagine your day with that many equipped full power.

Prefer lifting way more myself. But handling is a different experience for sure.
 
I always see my gfs little brother (2 yo) squat down and just chill there and play with toys and im just like wtf. Awesome vid man

My shoulders are tight as hell it very prevalent on the behind the head Pulldowns I can feel it bunch up at the bottom tried to get in for a massage today but they were busy

Tried cleans for the first time ever thought I needed to get stronger through a larger range of motion and this is all I could come up with

Back feels pumped today

Any combo of insulin release and aminos present in the blood periworkout will be beneficial. People get super jazzed about the specifics but it seems that as long as you can create that environment around that time you'll be set.

Diet sucks which is pissing me off but in 2 weeks I'll be hardcore again so I'm not letting it get to me to much
