Nice work man, Ass-ton of squats there dude. Sometimes you can get burnt out man, or at least feel that way. Lots of good suggestions here.

Good day triceps were pumped after the second set of OHP that combo is hard

Trying to make better choice on weight and exercise selection

Did high Pulldowns to try to stretch to shoulder our a bit cause in that motion is when it clicks

So went off diet sat then yet again today I had a med meat lovers Pizza was feel a bit under recovered/ weak today so I felt I needed it

****ed up and did get money in for the meet I was supposed to do so looks like no meet this year I'm such a procrastinator

As someone who sees you lift just about every weekend, I disagree.

IMO, your good for 1700-1750 right now.

I've seen you squat 710

I'm pretty sure you'd bench 450-475

I'm pretty sure you'd pull 550-575

That's 1710 right there and not a bad day at the office.

So for not even wanting to go in had some great sets today never done 4's all the way up probably had another set in just briefs but that set was good enough

Deadlift, haven't done conventional in a while so I figured why not, 495 moved well but felt heavy so left it at that and dropped down for some reps

Form was on point today

Really need to stop being a gym hero on the weekdays and use them days strictly for hypertrophy

If you're going in and working hard, you're getting better. If you're going in there and killing yourself, you're pushing yourself in the wrong direction. Very simple.
 
It's the difference between shifting as you approach redline under full throttle and just letting the gear hang there while you're pegging off the rev limiter. One leads to forward progress; the other is asking for a breakdown.

Even thou I had a couple setbacks today I'm positive on going in the right direction 405 moved super fast and felt light in my hands I'm thinking I should have made a smaller jump in between 405 and 435 cause it felt heavy but it will get easier

Going to start toning down my assistance work a touch try to find that happy middle ground

Feeling better about my training already

2 weekends of going a bit overboard with my old friend food tomorrow starts a new week and a renewed commitment to get down to 200 so close now I will do it by the end of the year

Rotator is just the name of the machine basically calf press

I tried using knee wraps around the bar this week seemed to help

Picked Zercher because I feel it more in my upper back and legs and since I feel upper needs it makes it a good choice combined with snatch grip
