I have a new theory on mine. Either the shoulder mobility work I've been doing almost daily eradicated it, dropping my pump product, or both. I've had no pain since those changes.

I bet it the Stretching is helping cause I haven't stopped using my pump product and I tempered it yesterday did the super D stuff today immediate relief

Gonna watch that video later. Maybe alternate between that one and the other one I've been doing.

Had a good night last night had a couple tacos and just some meat with toppings but at 3 pieces of 3x3 birthday cake woke up 1/2# lighter lol

Lol I had one of those days last week. Ate 5000 calories (including a large pizza) and woke up a pound lighter. I did have a double workout that day though.

^if you want to be even more mind blown, find the "not your GRANDfather's root beer". That one is 10% and tastes the same. Stuff is dangerous.

Closest to me is Daytona. I'll make a road trip soon.

I've been meaning to pick up that root beer stuff. I've heard from a couple people that it's real good. Might bring some on vacation with me.

Feeling great today time to go crush it

This week officially kicks off 12 weeks of gear then possible gear meet then followed with raw meet hope it all goes to plan

Yes do what I failed to do, it would be the only real push for me to get back into multiply at this point.

Shiiiit, you spend a good while raw and I don't see any reason you don't have 850+ in you if you find the time and desire to get back in gear.

I'm at the point I could hope back in multiply now. Its just finding someone to push me. Jo is the only multi guy at Obb. Not even Schwab is in multi anymore. My old training partner did the raw meet with me and is no going single ply. After dropping a few grand on multi I'd rather do that again before dropping more on single ply.

Notes
Great day after last week I decided to dial back front squats a bit to get my form a bit better I still have to go wide but it feels better and stronger. Back was the issue on the amrap set legs could go forever

Deadlift was good felt fast can't wait to switch back to conventional. The amrap sets was fast as hell for the first 10-15 slowed way down after. the second set was slow right away the felt a bit of discomfort in my back so I shut it down on 8 pisses me off but rather stay healthy

Heavy stiff legs done Ed Coan style which is the way I've been doing them anyway

Didn't feel like lunges so press had to do

Holds are going to be a staple for a while may even do them twice a week

That's it thanks for reading

So a buddy of mine is researching local surgeons for me for a possible skin remove surgery thought I could live with it but it's really starting to bother me

I have no clue that's what concerns me the most. I don't want to miss my workouts but as my waist gets smaller it's getting hard to look in the mirror.l and see it there. If I did do it I bet I'd lose 5# right now

That's a nice quick boost to your coefficient buddy. I hope something turns up soon for you on that front.

Lower back is tight this morning been Stretching it out and heating it, shouldn't be a problem for today's upper day and good for the weekend

Great day, felt really good today lots of energy

Pin presses felt good had to do a couple fancy wraps with the band to get a bit more tension out of them

Wide grip was on today no pain was getting some leg drive everything just felt right

Close grip I took to a approximate 1 board just to save the shoulder from going to deep

The rest was just trying to build. It occurred to me that I never really build a base of big muscle in my upper body just went right into powerlifting type workouts so I want to try to add some size I guess

Epic was awsome pump was crazy can't really say thou if it was the volume or or the epic kicking in that did it

That's it thanks for reading
