Thought today I was going to cut back on my calorie a tad but I've had some GI issues last night and this morning been having a bit a troubled keeping food in me so I decided to have a med BLT pizza to try to off set it a bit

Your glutes arnt engaged at the top of the squat. You need to go a little deeper on those, try to break parallel when pausing. You kinda pitch forward out of the hole, try leading with your chest first and legs second. Good overall session man.

I was going to put in my notes I thought I could sit back a bit more. Switching between the monolift vs walking out, geared and raw plus a little mark bell cue has got my stance a bit confused atm. I realize today that I need to have my feet pointed out at 45 a bit more then what mark suggests or my depth suffers.
Thoughts on how to get my glutes more involved? other the the feet thing I feel this is the last piece of the puzzle
