Hey man, not all training days are home runs. Sucks about the nagging thing. Seems like we all pretty much have them. Nothing we can do but regroup, evalute ourselfs, and work at getting better.

If it is right under the armpit it could also be the subscap. You can try and dig in there with your thumb. @bolt knows that one better than me.

Or just leaning over and mashing lightly with my thumb. You can internally rotate with your arm straight to feel the muscle flex to know where to work.
 
So I don't have a barbell but I do have a rounded door knob to dig in there and put pressure on it hurt like a bitch we may be onto something here

Subscap mashing will make you cry. I can vouch. But it's so worth it. Get someone to pipe you on it, you'll hate me until you see what it does.
 
Feeling better today I smashed the crap out of my armpit area and shoulder blade I'm going to continue to heat it today seems to helping quite a bit

O and herder I thought I was going to cry with her rolling that area like pie crust
 
Went to my chiropractic app today he was like your upper and lower back were both really tight I said I'll show u why lol
 
So far it mentally is working... Unemployment ran out and no work at hall for at least a month is all

Can you try for an extension? I know when I got laid off in metal fab. work I was able to get an extension. It's worth looking into at least.

Other thing is take a loan. It sucks ass, but it's an emergency.

So the day in briefs had the desired effect everything felt light. Used my frustration today to grab a pr wasn't the prettiest but I blame the shoes I had on the powerlifts on felt like the were pushing me forward a bit never squat in them before. Did pin squats from a spot I feel like I get stuck from should have been a tad lower thou

Deadlift
I feel like I had 5 in me on the top set but I was wearing sweat pants and forgot my shorts so bar was getting caught up pulling the bar free O well

Rest is my normal stuff

Thursday I'm switching out bench press for DB work for at least 6 weeks high volume

Richard Hawthorne is just bass ackwards on all of his stuff, man. He tries to sound intelligent and revolutionary but he's ended up sounding silly. He's damn strong, But I can't handle what happens when he starts thinking or talking.

Trying something different for Thursday. First of all I'm dropping the bands and going back to straight pressing with pauses next going to rotate Inclines with OHP third adding in more back work

Bench went well moved fastish slightly aggravated the front of my left shoulder better now after the side raises.

Happy with my OHP it's something I have to do liftandswim style lol shoot in and start pressing works well for me

Let me know what u guys think seemed like a soild day imo but out side look in is always better

So if u ever want to drive yourself crazy for a day spill diesel down your entire arm so you have to smell it all day even thou u washed it off. Also when it rains it pours apparently got some bad diesel or something cause the truck is running like crap now :-)
 
Anyone wake up go to take any kind of pill/vitamin and you body just refuses to swallow it, gets stuck in the back of your throat odd things lol

Looking for 3's but did 4 on 480 which I believe is a 2 rep pr moved to 500 was thinking 3 but at first I tried to used straps an it messed me up stopped reset with no straps pulled the single and stuck with singles

Raw triples week1 doubles week2 then single out week 3 then gear 4th week what do u guys think raw is my priority
