Dmax's pursuit for power & performance

I agree with what capo said regarding the box squats.

Front squats you seemed a little hesitant on the eccentric. You got the strength, get down there a little quicker

Technically u do if u drink sports drinks high in sodium

I like swimming in the ocean and that's all.

I like very little water food, and most that I do is breaded and fried, smothered in ketchup.

I know you guys think like "oh Rob is the most mature guy on AM" but I have not matured in the sea food area.

I got bad luck with some foods. Like I don't like seafoods, coconut, mushrooms...can't think but there is others. Only reason I'm saying it sucks is bc all that stuff is really good for you.

The problem with me is I like all foods that's how I got to where I used to be that and I was more lazy than I am now lol... Food is delicious

Why would I blow up the Chick-fil-a? it's ****ing delicious lol

Niiiiiiice food porn.

2319 caloric intake today lots of vegetables

Hope to be recovered by the morning felt a bit off all day today

Edit:extra points if u get the 2319 reference

Where in book does it say total intake? I'm just basing it off of the optimal carb/pro intake for whatever type of day it is. I feel like I'm missing something.

Up to about 2 weeks ago I was eating that same number capo posted for over 2 months daily that's when u seen my weight drop to about 210 but performance was suffering I felt so had to make a change

Its hard for me brother I constantly fear becoming fat again I see so many people who lost the weight just to go right back. I can't go back

Edit:yes I know it's a poor me attitude sorry

On the bright side I feel a lot better today think maybe to much sushi lol got some slight soreness in my elbow but that's probably from the heavy front squats

I'd hate eating 2400 one day and say 3200 another, I'd rather find a happy medium, say 2800.. I know it's a set plan made by someone more experienced than me, but just my opinion.

Left arm is killing me I'm surprised I made it through today tightness runs from my lat to my elbow

Bench moved well tried the new foot position but found my ass coming up a bit so I widened it out seemed to help

OHP is moving up each week it feels better and better nice Grove going. I'd say on the last set that stability was the issue again but getting better

Drop the plate chest press for more direct back work

Thought my arms were going to explode after the curls

Thats it thanks for reading

Looked easy, but difficult at the same time lol. If you ask me, it looks like you descend before you're ready. If that makes sense

Your right swim bad habits, I rush it a bit like the first 2 are done with one breath then the 3 I took a breath when I slow it down it works much better... They yell at me all the time one week I'll get it next week back to stupid lol

Edit:the guy running the rack is norm the 700# raw squatter also a great guy to get advice from and very supportive
