Good day felt strong today all day. Making good progress on Incline think I'm going to pick up a slingshot of my own for some overload on it seems to work good for me

Pullovers I read that some people think they are pointless but I like them so I brought them back

I always used to rock beaters in the gym.. just to look big.. even though for most of my life it was just me myself and my triceps lol.

Just smashed my first bag of quest chip (sour cream and cheddar) pretty tasty they don't break down in the mouth quite the same but the first bit is spot on if u ask me

Skip the gym this week been feeling run down trying to do everything + this is my 10th day in a row of 10hrs days sounds like it's going to be at least 14 days

On the plus side woke up weighting 210 as soon as I can maintain 207 I'm done with this cut

Lol yes I will. I just don't forsee myself being able to recomp very well at 220 (which I'll need to do eventually). I work best in mini cuts and bulks.

Who knows I may just YOLO myself up to 242 slowly

Haha nice I never had to try on jeans before I started 5/3/1. A year of heavy squats later and I have a whole new denim collection lol.

Day 13 in a row of 10hrs which turned into 12 in 30 degree weather 300 feet up on the reactor tomorrow is going to be a 12 day to then day off so I can get a tooth pulled hopefully I can lift Tuesday and I'll have my new slingshot knee sleeves

So he totaled just over 2400 I've been told the the judging was super strick and that some many people bombed they had to combine his 2 flights into one
 
So this passed shutdown of climbing up and down the stairs and ladders day in and day out has shown me the my endurance seems to be lacking a bit anyone got some thoughts on what I should do to bring it up

Just condition, man. My conditioning is really hard to maintain as heavy as I am and as much as I neglect to condition. I've been trying to get more iron in my diet too, I had a blood analysis done that showed I had some red blood cells that weren't carrying oxygen. Not something I'd go into blind, but something to look into as well.
 
13 ten hour days in a row would be rough man. I sometimes do 7-8 12s in a row and feel dead after, shyt sometimes the 4th one is rough haha. and as far as endurance goes, theres different kinds. its hard to condition to climb without climbing I think. I love prowler work now that I have one to work with, but I don't know if that would carry over to going up stairs and stuff man. to help endurance I would think running miles or biking would help, neither one of those helps with powerlifting, but endurance and powerlifting are on opposite ends of the spectrum.

Got laid off today who knows when I'll be back I know the next Pre outage for BP starts in February

Now the good
Got my package with my knees sleeves and slingshot today going to give them go tomorrow. also I can commit to my training and get back to working with the guys which was all I really thought about this whole turnaround lol

Edit:glad I was able to slip that kettlebell strap in before I got the axe
