I like them

I felt benching twice a week was too much and doing it before anything else was killing potential progress in problem areas

Herder said train want u suck at so Incline for me for a while
 
Feeling guilty I really miss training with the guys and I can go tomorrow but I really need some rest and don't feel like getting up at 5:30. 13 straight days of 10's was enough for me
 
Thats the way it is for us when we work we work, could have done 12's today and tomorrow but I miss my wife and kids doesn't make me regret for a sec passing up time and a hafe or double time
 
I just smashed 2/3 of a large ground beef onion and feta pizza with a hafe a Greek salad and some bread. Man was it good

Squats felt great today really felt strong and fast set was on the money

Rack pulls felt heavy but moved fast from what I could see in the evil mirror, still messing with sitting back more think I'm getting it dialed in

Idk how you front squat til a certain point then switch to back squats. Just seems like I'd be out of groove.

Just wanted to say something about my back

For the past week or so I've been going to sleep on a heating pad ether on my glutes or low back and man its made a world of difference I haven't had a problem since I starting it

I should have listened to u thou and got a large instead I got a med which I'm still 5 holes in so about 1/2 a full tight. I'll tell u what to its stiff as **** just took me 10 mins to get it off after showing my wife lol but I love it
 
Nope no suede just print in side and out. I'm sure it will break I with sweet and use its just the holes are new and no taper to them yet

150-300mgs before the 2 highest carb meals is what I personally did. I think the scoop of the one I bought was 150mgs so i did increments of that. You'll see on the lowest end of dosing at like 100mgs pre meal and highest end 300mgs premeal. Hope that helps.
 
Finally gave in to my urge to have some pancakes and it was well worth it. Diet is going to be shot the next 2 days Halloween tonight and dinner with new friends tomorrow good times
 
Cg incline ehh?? Lol need to try that next week. Solid lifting as always man. Btw, I used my son to go trick r treating as well, he only 9 months tho. So all the candy was for me haha

Yupp they do. Wife was like don't take him trick or treating! He's not even going to eat the candy! I looked at her and smiled. I'll see u in an hour I said hahah. Killed that shyt, beat up my entire neighborhood with that one hour
 
So after 2 nights of basically eating like crap lots of candy and just too much in general back to the diet today with a 10g carb cut and 90/10 rule

Edit:had real sushi for the first time ever last night and I have to say this is going to be on the menu a lot in the future
 
Tomorrow is squat day look forward to trying out my new belt

Sounds like this week or next i will be getting the axe at work so I'll be back to my regular training lay out it will be nice to get back with the crew

Was very tired today at work but quickly turned it around in the gym squats were soild this wrapless work is paying off my stability and speed on 315 was great and box squats really popped up fast when I go back to wraps it's going to be awsome

Deadlift form work was a nice change I find taking a step back and getting back to soild form is good for me cause I seem to fall in bad habits quickly, 3rd rep was fast as **** felt like it was going to fly through the roof lol. moved my grip and stance out a tad similar to Eric. Think that helped keep my spine straighter and drive off my heels better

Had to cut the rest short ran out of time due to talking to friends but I feel I got the important stuff done

nice work man.. that sucks about work. but im sure it will be nice to get back to PRs every weekend lol.
