Bench felt heavy think it was just the crappy bench I was using back kept sliding and this one was hinged so u didn't have to unrack it to pull it out which doesn't help think I need a few more Warmup sets as well
I realized today that I don't need to fit so much in on these days cause I'm doing some work on Sundays too ha stupid me
