Still holding a lot of water. Carbs have been around 250 every day, so not crazy high or anything. And just looking at my tracker I have gone way over my sodium regularly. So I will try and see where it's coming from in my diet. But still hit a dose of Exemestane 2 days in a row.

Could it be, that endorphin has something to do with it? Any research known in conjunction with volume training?
 
Much drier today. Upped my potassium and actually lowered my water intake a bit yesterday and yep, took a couple depleting pees middle of night and this morning.
Weight was 222 this morning. Feeling good, but still have big-guy mobility LOL. Need to get back to stretching after workouts instead of that steady state I've been doing.
A bit of a mish-mash workout this morning. I won't be able to get in the 5th workout of the week, busy busy weekend. So just threw in a bit of this and that.

I feel good about this for the most part. Can already tell my upper chest shelf didn't build as much as I would have liked. But I can tell the delt width and tricep thickness are going to be improved.

Also only thing I'm using is 350mg of Test and tapering down. Will get to around 260/week and stay there (.6ml e4d) for a while.

You'll get there on the upper chest! The triceps and delts look good.

Nice progress man! Glad you liked the omelette. Yeah it's really good with some cheese and I add some crushed red peppers for a little heat. Had them on the sweet potato last night it was awesome!
 
Nice weekend off and ready to kill it this morning. So pumped about the daily changes in the mirror. Slight improvements for volume endurance this week. Able to complete all 10 sets of dips with weight and stay with next DB's up for a couple more sets on DB Shoulder Press. Not only the mid-section popping, but the triceps and around the delts are showing sign of separation. Vascularity definitely up too.

Added a few pull ups to the total. Killer pump this morning. Feeling pretty normal on 350mg Test/week. Still much higher than a base or trt dose. I'll get bloods soon. Just don't know where this ugl is actually getting me. I can get pharm grade. But I guess if I dial in my levels with ugl, regardless of potency, it's all the same. And the pharma is in ampules uuuugh. Never messed with them, just seems like a pain in the ass.

Thanks man. My body really responds well to the volume. As much as I like chasing numbers, this is doing a quick job on body composition. With diet of course.

A little Vital1ty, BCAAs, and whatever PWO I toss him and encouragement to eat his ass off. I structured workouts for him for a while, now him and his roommate have it down pretty good. Top pic was from October. Bottom 2 today :-)

Nice! I'll be happy when my son is able to go to the gym with me. Actually, hoping to buy a house in the near future. Maybe I'll just build my own gym and forget about gym age requirements!
