If temper is short keep it low my homie just competed like 2wks ago wife and him were getting testy alot with each other soon as he came off his regular disposition returned ofcourse he was running alot higher than you bit still you know what im saying as long as results are good like they been no need to push it on either. On the mast is it prop or e do you know oil Type and bb and ba or eo percentage mast prop can be more painful especially ne thing over 100mg/ml

And Dma whatever you don't shoot 375mg of tren into each delt on a single morning. I mean who would shoot 750mg of tren for breakfast? ?????? I here wild stories sometimes

Oh ok gs can be a little thick sometimes and some batches just get a little too much ba even 1% can change the pip glad they are switching it out
 
So I'm pretty sure the Tren is about in full swing. Going to go ahead and keep it at 50-60 eod. Temper is short. Mood is no-nonsense. Broke out in 2 random sweats today. I smell funny LOL. And a couple nice shoulder zits. But man-oh-man I can't wait to get in the gym for heavy pressing tomorrow. Might just go to bed at 6:00.

Tren dose cause a change in the sweat of some people my scalp becomes quite oily and wife always can tell from scent when I'm on tren lol I must of been doing this a while if wife can tell I switched compounds by smell

Yeah it was funny. The other evening, literally 15 minutes after I took a shower, my wife told me I stunk. And I could smell it too.

I think it's also because we are bald you know how they can do drug tests on hair folicles I think tren may secrete out throu gh the scalp more
 
A couple other notes on how things are feeling. So I have had ups and downs with nipple sensitivity and bloating. Have both pharma Adex and Aromasin and have rotated the 2 trying to find what worked best. The original plan of .5mg Adex e3d was not enough. Moved to eod along with the as needed dose of suicidal Aromasin to knock things down. I feel that the anti-E properties of the Masteron are starting to take effect. Where today would be my day to dose the AI, I don't feel the need to. Matter of fact I could pinch and flick my nips, and nothing.

Also since starting the Tren I have only taken 1 - .5mg dose of Caber (also pharm grade, expensive stuff). I'm sure with my dose being on the low end helps in this regard as well as keeping E in check.

One thing I really really like is how your taking your time not getting crazy letting the gains come smart steady progress. I know your not new when I say this but I wish a new juicers would take this approach. I feel it's so much healthier and people would be so much happier with gains achieved and kept. I mean I do what I do because of who I run with but honestly I know it's more risky and not as healthy. You set a very good example for a regular guy who wants to be in peak shape studied the risks and decided what was acceptable.

Dude that's a hell of a compliment and I appreciate it. Health is still a concern on top of physical strength and aesthetics. I hear of guys running Tren at the usual doses hate it by the end and can't wait to come off. I don't want to be in that place. At this point, if the feelings I'm having now continue, I can see loving it. As a matter of fact, I just picked up a little more for the future :saevilw:

That's what I'll probably end up,doing. Friend is buying the fight and asking people who come to bring food and drinks to help him pay for it. Mayweather will probably end up winning it but I hope pacquiao wins

It was the fight of the century 6-7 years ago. I would have been more excited if Paquiou was in his prime.

Now a fight that I was super excited about just got cancelled because Jon Jones is retarded. Was looking forward to seeing him get smashed too.
 
Had a good Pull Hyper session this morning. Sleep has been great. BP has been fine. I am comfortable bumping the Tren to 60mg starting tomorrow.

Despite not having any estro or prolactin sides, went ahead and dosed .5mg Adex and .5mg Caber yesterday, just to keep it that way.

I need to cut down my volume since I'm on a cut and low carb I just can't do workouts like that anymore. They look a lot like yours. Do you think I should go for a push pull legs or just one body part per day to get more rest?

Yes..... a cut was when I ruptured my pec and I was doing flat bench reps 3rd set not maxing lots of injuries happen during cutting phases

I also enjoy 1 body part per workout. Just really hits each group so good. I'll probably go back to that for a while after I'm tired of my current routine, which I'm loving. I think either would do you well though. Shoot mix it up. Do a couple rounds of each and rotate.

What would be the best split for one body party a week? I've never trained like that. I think I will switch it up a lot, I get bored really easily.

Well when I train 1 body part at a time, it's never a week before each part gets hit again. I'll go:

Chest/Tri's
Back/Bi's
Shoulders
Legs/Deads

I'll usually go 3 on, 1 off. So it comes out to a 5 day separation between hitting that body part again.

His cycles aren't heavy enough or long enough that he would need to look a Trt as an option a solid pct should get his levels back into normal range. Imo trt is really something you should be looking at unless a regular pct has you on the very low end of test levels. I and alot of people I know recommend a pct that is approx half the time you were on if running a heavy cycle so with a 16 week cycle of relatively high doses you'd want to pct 6 to 8 weeks not the usual 4 if after that you take bloods and your still showing in say the lower 25% than discuss trt

It's not something I'm intentionally planning on. Time and body will tell. If I need it, I need it. If I don't, I don't. But also to say my cycle isn't hard or long enough to warrant it is not right either. Younger men have not recovered from lesser cycles. It's impossible to make generalizations when it comes to this stuff. I'm 37, so who knows. I have a solid 2 month pct planned. But I also have my next cycle planned. So this game has a price. We are lucky in this day and age to have the option of TRT if we F-ed ourselves up. I guess I'm not planning on it, but it is kind of a safety net.

honestly with your set up and pct I don't see this cycle as the one that will push you to trt. You've done other cycles and recovered before. I think the need for trt comes from an accumulation of shut downs and restarts. I think the younger people or people who do smaller cycles or one cycle and need trt probably had endo issues before they started. But I also have different feelings about trt. I feel needing trt means you are at the very low end of test production where your body is really having trouble functioning because trt is so readily abail I know alot of people who think low t is an where below the median range. But imo that's just part of aging your test levels are naturally going to drop with age doesn't mean imo you didn't recover from pct it just means your at that stage in life. Now if after a strong pct your test levels come back in the bottom 20% or so where regular bodily functioning is truly going to be at risk then yes that's when trt is needed. Sorry for long post you probablly know my wife is a nurse who works along side endochronoligists daily. So I explain a little more lol .. I equate alot of trt to say the same as Rogaine sure at 40 50%:you won't put on muscle or have the sex drive of a 21 year old but that doesn't mean you need extra test to be healthy just like at 40 I may not have as much hair as when I was 20 but it doesn't stop me from living a perfectly normal life your right that we are very lucky to live in a time where we have the options that we do

What dosages of each? I heard if running high Tren you should keep Test low to avoid the extra side effects and the Tren will do all the work.
