I found this interesting !!

Today, we're shedding some light on Dimethylethanolamine (DMAE)and why we include it in our supplements (well, the Bitartrate form)...

But also in REAL foods like anchovies and salmon...YUM🤤

So let's dive into the benefits and research behind DMAE and why it just makes sense to include it in our pre-workout products 🤔

DMAE is a natural substance found in small amounts in the brain and is believed to have a range of potential health benefits:

Enhanced cognitive function 🧠 Studies suggests that DMAE may help improve memory, learning ability, and overall cognitive performance. Yet, more research is needed to establish its efficacy and optimal dosage.

Improved skin health 🌟 DMAE has been researched for its potential to improve skin appearance, firmness, and elasticity. However, further research is required to confirm these findings.

Support for ADHD treatment 🎯 Limited research suggests that DMAE might help reduce symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children. However, more extensive and rigorous studies are needed to validate these results.

Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties 🛡️ DMAE may have potential antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Nevertheless, more research is required to understand the full extent of these effects.

Now you know why we put it in our pre-workout...

Because every time you train, you need FOCUS!

You can have headphones on and smelling salts, of course...

But it is best to have a well of focus to draw upon when you need it most. 💯

Just remember the current research on DMAE is limited, and more extensive, controlled studies are necessary to fully understand its potential benefits and side effects.

So it's not an exact science, but if the DMAE in Invalid Link Removed has helped hundreds of people achieve their PRs in the gym, it might help you, too 💥

Good ingredient, been around for 2 plus decades so a long history of safe usage.

That being said I am convinced SOME companies include it as it sounds close to DMAA/DMHA for the average low information consumer.

I have wondered about that! I saw something that showed it on the front of the label as if it’s a selling point and I’m just thinking “does anyone even know what that is?” But yeah I made the same connection. Sounds like DMAA so maybe.

Wait, is build fast still around? I thought they shut down?

I believe someone bought or put some money in to the business, but yes it is back!

I've seen some ppl say dmea for cognitive function. Seen it in "stacks" with choline, carnatine and a few other ingredients.

Yes, although its out there as a standalone, the blend I have contains DMAE, Alpha-GPC and Citicoline.

Oh that’s pretty sweet! Mind me asking what product that is?
It is a Hard Rhino (or HR Supplements) product called Choline Complex +DMAE Capsules. I've been buying supplements from Hard Rhino for probably 15 or 20 years.

I loved it when I first tried a preworkout.

Muscletech Neurocore:
-caffine
-yohimbine
-DMAE

But looking back at it now, it was a pretty small dose of DMAE and a huge dose of Y, so maybe that was it. I didn’t understand ingredients other than caffeine at that time.

Also I believe Huperzine A has a lower chance of side effects. I’ve found it to be what I’m looking for in a nootropic and very easy to dial in the dose

We have always used DMAE in Focus XT.

I opened the pink lemonade yesterday and just noticed that!

I remember back in the old days I was talking about this ingredient when hardly anyone knew what it was haha.

It's a great complimentary ingredient for a nootropic formula.

I need to break a tub of this out of my stash and try it for Fasted Cardio. I thinking the Focus may make it easier ??

Or better yet focus on something other than cardio while you're doing cardio!
