DMAA vs ECA - both legal in UK so which?

Both ECA and DMAA have a concerning safety profile according to officials

According to everyone else theyre as bad as caffeine to them

So with both ont he shelf which is best for safety? I dont fancy a heart attack over a bit of cardio!
 
I don't think either is heart healthy but at least with ECA there is legitimate medical history and literature on dosing, sides, and responsible use. Not sure what type of architectural changes DMAA can do with prolonged use on the heart.
DMAA always made me feel too speedy and stimmed out personally.
 
ECA will probably be the more safe option i guess but I love mesomorph and it has 65mg dmaa. I don't use it before cardio but i love it pwo.
 
how is real ephedrine hcl legal in the uk?
i guess you are wrong.
Maybe you are talking about the crappy ephedra extract?
Im also from europe and im pretty sure real eph hcl isnt legal in UK

If you are using it for fat loss def ECA (but you don't need the aspirin so just do EC) and slowly ramp up your dosage to assess tolerance. DMAA is great in a preworkout but I MUCH prefer EC for fat loss. Nothing else (besides certain dangerous hormones) compares IMO
 
The EU courts re-legalised it due to a technicality, and so it was thrown out (the old ban)

It is not banned any longer.
 
Yep, Im doing weights and cardio on alternatig days, so currently on alphamine but want to step it up a bit.
 
I've used both. I think the safety profile of Ephedrine is solid. Lots of studies pointing toward safety, even with long-term and chronic dosing. Can you get crazy with it? Yes, and maybe that is a literal yes too. There are loads of cases where people have tried to commit suicide by swallowing entire bottles of ephedrine-containing fat burning pills and it is not a good method of achieving this goal. In otherwise-healthy individuals, EC is the most effective, safest and most studied fat loss aid available.

DMAA is good, has its place, but it certainly isn't as safe as caffeine or ephedrine. At least, if it is, there isn't much data to support the claim right now.
 
I feel a lot better when I use ECA. DMAA gives me cold sweats and jitters.

Never used DMAA long enough to judge fat loss from it but I lost 100 pounds in 10 months with ECA

You took eca for 10 months straight? I can't seem to handle it for more than 8ish weeks lol. I've recently started taking dmaa in a pwo and i have noticed a great reduction in my appetite. Just my 2 cents
 
Last time I did ECY I switched between bronkaid and dmaa caps every 2 weeks that worked really good for me slightly better then one or the other

Not every day for 10 months but most of the time. I saw it was working and I got addicted to losing weight and i lost too much. Went from 235 to 135. Now i weight 175 and i could still stand to gain another 10 or 15 pounds...
 
Im confused. Are dmaa and eca both legal in the UK?. Id be surprised if they weren't banned by recent legislation prohibiting 'legal high' drugs notwithstanding any EU ruling!

DMAA mg for mg will destroy your dck way worse than Ephedrine, and ephedrine seems better for fat loss. DMAA in a good formulated preworkout is very good, but so is ephedrine I guess. If I wanted to use one, I would use ephedrine. That stuff works w my body at 12mg 2x a day. DMAA at any dose is worse to me than a cold swimming pull on my "destroyer" .

if it really was legal, why do sites selling it in the UK make it "undercover"?
I have found no source that could tell me where to buy straight EPH HCL in the UK
(only some undercover sites..)

They are not "legal" in the UK. Not caught every time by customs doesn't mean legal. Where did OP get legal from?
 
Since April 2008, after public consultation and following advice from the Commission on Human Medicines (CHM), the following sales restrictions have been in place in the UK to manage the risk of misuse of pseudoephedrine and ephedrine:

It is illegal to sell or supply any product that contains more than 720 mg pseudoephedrine or 180 mg ephedrine without a prescription
It is illegal to sell or supply a combination of products that between them add up to more than 720 mg pseudoephedrine or 180 mg ephedrine without a prescription
It is illegal to sell or supply a product that contains pseudoephedrine and a product that contains ephedrine in one transaction
Furthermore, the Royal Pharmaceutical Society advises that the sale and supply of these products must be made by a pharmacist or suitably trained pharmacy staff under the supervision of a pharmacist.

This is applicable to products, and tablets offered to the public. 10 separate transaction for 10 x 18mg pills, would not be illegal.
Powder form is uncontrolled.

Its not illegal to buy ephedrine, its illegal to sell and breech the above however, so consumers are protected. If you find a good source, keep using them.

It is not a currently Controlled Drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
 
I have added/used Ephedrine in with 1,3 as well Yohimbine and 1,3

If picking and it's for weight loss ECA no question
