yes this is what i mainly do...i'll use the occasional blend...otherwise i like to make my own...usually i like:
40 grams waximaize
6-8 grams of arginine
3-6 grams cit malate
5 grams CEE (if i'm on cycle)
1 gram taurine (occasionally)
150-200 mg caffeine
great pre workout! you can also throw in beta alanine, bcaa's, and anything else for some pre workout nutrition.
