I've been reading through this 14-Day Hybrid Muscle Mass program and a section in there recommends drinking a liter of distilled water 5 minutes prior to AM or PM cardio. This is being referenced from Jack O'Bleness and asserts that this will make the blood "hypo-osmolaric" thereby pushing fluids into the muscle cells as a means of preventing muscle breakdown. In addition, there will be an appreciated muscle cell-hydrating or saturation and volumizing pump experience.
Has anybody tried drinking it before cardio and noticed a difference?
