Thoroughly informative article, great read for anybody on the fence about using X-Factor.

any benefits to running x-facter advanced and peak beta for only 4 weeks or is 8 weeks optimal?

You would still see benefits, but 8 weeks is ideal due to the cumulative nature of the ergogenic benefits from Arachidonic Acid (X-Factor).

sounds good, will run it for 4 weeks and if things turn out great will look at running longer....whats the longest you recommend running it for? Benefits of running on bulk vs cut?

12 weeks is the longest I'd run it, 8 is ideal but many have done 12 with no issue. With most users only dosing XF on workout days, that is why I feel comfortable recommending longer than the old rule of thumb which was 50 consecutive days (also, more a more feedback has come in from longer cycles with great results and no side effects).

While the X-Factor Advanced only needs to be dosed on workout days, Test Factor is best used dosed daily with 2 caps AM and 2 caps PM.

thanks for the lightning fast responses. Last question, do you recommend different dosing for different weights or has anyone experimented with different serving sizes for greater benefits?

4-6 XFA 30-60 min preWO is ideal (start at 4, 6 is the max dose).

With Test Factor, we dont think anybody will need over 4 a day. 4 will have your libido way up, and you'll see increased recovery, increased pumps and fullness due to the ActeoFit and strength gains due to the increased ATP synthesis from the PrimaVie.
