But you don't want the E levels to go too high. AI's are wacky in their affects and getting the dose right. It's like the Goldilocks zone of hormones.

Isn't there diet related changes one can make to dampen the lipid profile death of using strong AI's?
 
You think after taking something to completely shut them down and then using exogenous test for 20 weeks wouldn't shut them down permanently?

Why do people recommend running cycles for so much shorter? I thought the point was to keep from getting past the point of no return when your junk packs it's things and leaves for real this time.

Suppression (can we please stop using the phrase "shutdown" as this only happens in extreme cases) isn't as horrendous as most think. 1000s of cycles were ran before SERMs ever arrived on the scene with recovery.

I know a few people who bounced back after years of TRT. This "shutdown" thingy is over-hyped.
 
Most physique competitors have kids no problems.. HCG and if that doesnt work stack HCG and HMG while your girls on clomid, recipe for a baby

I conceived while in the middle of a blast after being on for ~30 months. It's not total BS, but VERY overblown regarding fertility.
 
Not a 30 months blast, but I had been on for about that length at that time and was in the middle of a blast. IIRC, it was 750mg TE, 600mg 1TC, and 600mg EQ.
I would love to see a pic of you after that 30 month!
 
An otherwise fertile male on an extended cycle is not TRT and far different than a hypogonadal male on TRT for 5, 8, 10 plus years. YMMV

Suppose unenhanced your 100% workload produces 100% LBM as a baseline, Supposed enhanced your 100% workload produces 50% above baseline it stands to reason that 90% workload 45% above baseline.

The study itself suggests that while on testosterone doing no work produced LBM anything above no work will yield you more. You can work less on steroids and yield more than unenhanced baseline.

I can train 100% less frequently. I can train 90% 110% more frequently. Bottom line less work more results than clean.
