Directions for Dazed' syno kit

Dazed' discussion board is down and not working. Does anyone have the step-by-step on how to use the Dazed' syno-H conversion kit to get prop. YES, I've seen the directions for making TNE but that's not the directions to using his kit since I'm thinking about doing an experiment making test. prop.

The only problem I see with those instructions is the part about putting the gear in a microwave. Here at this board I believe the consensus was that this would degrade the hormone.
