Dinosaur Muffin's Project 2025 (cut)

Hi all,

Starting a new log here after a failed bulk. I was running NPP, Test, Primo and having great results until my gallbladder took a crap and my bulk turned to **** in a hurry. I am now at 202 and pudgy but still have good mass underneath. Good times. The gallbladder is removed and feeling better but I need a reset to 0. So a cut it is. Primo also shredded my fucking hair, so will be working on growing that back with Minoxidil spray. Starting weight tbd... I am 202 right now but going on a week cruise, so planning on coming back at 210, fat and sloppy.

Below is my plan (subject to change as I progress If I need less) for a cut. I am not sure if I need so much of the Semglutide or if it will be less. I typically don't feel **** until 1.5-1.75 but in combo with the Retra I am not sure where that will land. I take 100mcg T4 already for my thyroid condition but will increase because of high conversion. I am and have been on trt 180 for about 2 years. I plan to just eat healthy and make sure I am getting 180g of protein and lifting. I am going to do fasted cardio 3-5x a week.

I will have 100mg of retra, 100mg Sema, 280IUs HGH (will get more if needed), unlimited test, and plenty of t4 on hand. I also have a whole cabinet of other things for support if needed.

Id be surprised if you need to go over 4mg on the Reta.
Yeah I feel like this is likely overkill and will adjust as needed. I want to get leaner than ever. Sub 10%. Then I'm going to do a lean bulk. I just feel so much better lean. I feel old, slow, and lower energy now.

This is probably the best dual-combo in my experience, if anything will help you get there itll be them. Sema destroys my appetite, but as great as Reta is it tanks my energy unfortunately. I dont get any lethargy from Gh but Reta is brutal.
 
Update. Got a killer deal for black Friday and ordered my semaglutide. 100mg (10 x 10mg) for $275 that's with shipping. I'm literally in the airport now leaving for my cruise, so I shipped it to my Dad's. Will be starting likely on Dec 4th. I have ordered from this source before with great results.

So pretty damn pumped.

Will be waiting for new years sale for hgh and retratatride.

12/3/24

True day 1. I am back from my cruise. Surprisingly, I only gained 1lb. I don't know how because I found myself letting go of food and drinks. I came back at 201 lbs. I did lift 1 day on the cruise and got in about 10k steps a day. I also had covid.

I injected 1mg of Semaglutide. According to the test, it is overdosed, so it is likely more like 1.2mg according to the testing. I have used this before a few times, so I knew I could jump right in at this dose.

Bad news my minoxidil was snagged by customs today. Out of all the things I have sent through there..... lol. The US is kind of dumb sometimes.
 
Update: 12/6

On day 2 I had felt like I was going to puke when I woke but since then felt fine. I will say it's already working. My calories are about 1600 on average right now. 0 food noise or cravings which I struggle with normally. Not hunger and no interest in food. My pooping has already slowed down, so I did take a half dose of Exlax to help move things along. I am keeping my protein in a decent spot, about 160g at this point. I will try to reach and keep at 180g

The scale sits at 198 flat this morning without shitting for like 3 days.
 
Update: 12/9 Officially 1 week.

The scale sits at 195.3 as of today. I went out with the family for dinner Saturday night, and it was nice to have some food that wasn't on my diet: three street tacos, some chips and queso, and a marg. I felt so full afterward. There were no issues with my stomach or how I was feeling.

Over al pretty happy with things so far. I know a bunch of that wait is from water but headed in the right direction.

Can't wait to start my Reta
 
Update: 12/11

My weight is about 196 but I figure that is because I had to take ex-lax and got everything out and hadn't pooped since. Cut still going good. Just business as usual

However... New concern.

I went and gave blood (power red) because I always have 17.5-18.5 hemoglobin. They checked it today with this new pulse-ox-looking thing (so maybe not accurate?) and it only registered 13.9 So fucking low. Surprised they let me donate. I have recently stepped down my trt to about 180ish and I went like 9 days over my cruise without an injection. So not sure if that would cause that so quickly. I also noticed my sex drive is lower. So all that makes me wonder if my gear is off dosage-wise.

Update: 12/17

The libido problem is solved. I started using minoxidil for some hair loss. WOW, that **** fucked me up. I stopped using it and increased my gear/HCG and I am functioning normally again. Morning wood is my sign that I am balanced. Everything is working well now. I was on Reddit, and now see this as a common problem.

Ok, so weight. I am 194.5 without pooping much. I feel if I cleaned myself out, I would likely be around 192ish. So still seeing a lot of progress. I am tired though but starting to get used to it. I am not sure if my current protocol is going to be overkill. I think probably so. But will proceed and then just save what I don't use.

I also am curious if anyone knows if a derma roller and HGH will positively affect hair growth.
 
Also wanted to add this has made me go from drinking 4-5 mixed drinks (each drinks multiple shots) a weekend to not wanting anything to do with alcohol. I used to be dying by the end of the week to have a drink to deal with stress. It's completely gone. That in itself is so amazing.

* I'm deathly allergic to hops inside of beer, so I drink hard stuff only.
 
Update: 12/23/24

Despite the holidays I am down to 192lb. Again probably have 3lbs of poop in me. Slow going there still. Will take half an ex-lax later today. For those who have seen me around I had a decent physique but after my failed bulk (medical issues), I was kind of a fat body. Well, the good news is it is all starting to come back. I have about another 10lbs to go before my picture in my profile looks like me again. 20 days - 9 lbs isn't bad at all.

I will not start Retratutide for another 3.5 weeks. I am debating on using the HGH altogether. I want to for 2 reasons. I want to grow some new cells for muscle (although this is a low dose) and I would like to use it for lipolysis. I am just not sure if it's worth it. Open to some opinions on this.
 
Update: 1/4

I am still at 192, which is a huge success. I did a lot of drinking and eating from Christmas to New Year's. I am pretty pleased because that puts me down 10 lbs through the holidays in one month. My BP has come down like 15 to 20 points which wasn't an issue until recently. Once I gained my weight my BP went to the 130/mid 80s range. It's now 114/78 (78 is still a little high). I had even gotten some BP meds that I was going to take if it hadn't come down at this point.

I am really going to pick back up exercising a bit more now past the holidays. Still tired more than I should be. My Reta is being delivered today. So might start early.. Like Monday.

I have cut any plays for HGH for now. Can't commit to it from a financial standpoint just now. I got into day trading while sitting around at work. So just have things tired up.

At this point and this is a rough guess my goal weight will be 170.

Lastly... I have found it really hard to keep protein over say 110. I just have been craving carbs/ can't eat as much.

Reading through your log, it looks like you have a good plan on your cut. I was going to suggest HGH before starting the Reta, but then I got to your last post and definitely understand if the finances aren’t there. Even though you know what to expect with Reta, I would suggest continuing cutting with diet, training, and cardio and not add the Reta until you start to see things stall. That way you can squeeze all you can before adding the Reta, and allow it to kind of come in and supercharge your cut when you will need that extra boost. And hopefully you can get your protein up at least to 1 gram per 1 lbs of body weight, and work towards keeping carbs a little lower. Even do some strategic fasts, and you’ll probably find you’ll cut the fat and spare more muscle.

I hear you on delaying the Reta. I have it now but I haven't started it. I will wait for a stall.

Im at 190.5 today so still dropping. I wanted to do HGH but if I am going to do it, I am going to do it right. I will likely run that this summer.

Update: I am sitting at 182, so in 10 days, I am down another 5 lbs. from before. I am really leaning out nice. This combo is the most amazing thing I have tried for a cut.

I have been running 300mg test E alongside this. @ 200mg my blood work was 1700ng/dl. The source I got this from must make this stuff stout. Having to up estrogen control. Tamoxifen 20mg 2x a week and 12.5mg aromasin x3 a week. Prior to this, I didn't use an AI until about 500mg.

Sidebar. If anyone is into trading. SLS is about to pop. Like 50x return. Cancer drug passed phase 3 clinical trial. Market cap at 112m and buyout by June (5B target buyout). Literally, have a day or 2 left to invest. $1.5 a share price. About to turn 4K into 200k.
