Don't know about half life but does anyone really think this stuff works? I've used three different brands of DIM and never thought that it was doing anything. just a waste of money.
It really should work. Did you get blood tests to see if it was working? It wont be any where near as strong as armidex. It depends how high your E is. Mine is only slightly high and Im on DHEA as well.
