Am currently using Dim and have for a while but can you stay on it indefinitely or should it be cycled.?

Ive been taking it for years at 200mg a day, sometimes at 400mg a day if estrogen seems to be getting high (puffy nipples), so far no side effects to report. Had blood tests during this time and everything came back normal
