DIM in pct

Can DIM be used in pct??? Just wondering if you could use it with ph's pct. Any info/thoughts would be appreciated greatly. Thanx.

I don't have a citation but back when I was researching this question I came across a study that showed DIM and nolva interacting to create some toxic metabolite (can't remember).

So, I would use DIM in pct only after serm usage has been discontinued.

It's not an effective substitute. DIM will cause some of the estrogen to convert to forms of estrogen which are far less biologically active. In this way, it could be viewed as a nolva alternative in that blocking estrogen from acting on the receptors (as nolva does) isn't all that different (looking at the end result) from changing the estrogen so it is less active on the receptors.

However, DIM isn't all that strong so it's not going to have the strong effect that a serm does.

AND more importantly, it's not going to trick the body into believing that there is an estrogen deficit like a serm does (thus kickstarting your HPTA). You might be able to couple DIM with an AI (the AI causing the HPTA to restart) but I wouldn't suggest it unless it was a lightly suppressive cycle and you had nolva on hand to use in case this DIM/AI didn't work. Just my opinion.
