What are your thoughts on DIM. Ive heard some say it helps with estrogen metbolism (whatever that means)but other say it suppresses mTor. Is that bad? and is the suppression long term-permeant or would is subside after discontinuing?

It would subside upon cessation.

I personally would not use it if not on replacement test & natural. But since I am always on exogenous testosterone, the net gain I get from just taking more testosterone with better managed estrogen from DIM use outweighs any minute anti-androgen or mtor signaling. So I use it.

Has it lowered your e2 shown by bloodwork ? Just curious

It allowed me to run no AI with my replacement testosterone while not having my gyno aggravated. And my total test and e2 were in excellent ranges.
Nice. TRT gives you gyro flareups otherwise?

I have some existing gyno, so it’s really easy to feel when my estrogen/androgen balance is off, or if prolactin is too high.

I was getting away with 200mg test e/wk by using 300mg DIM, 12mg boron, 22mg zinc daily. I can’t really push my cruise test that high without it.

It’s good stuff. Not too strong but decent. What are you using it for op?
