DIM and clomid?

DIM tanks Estradiol levels, I know from personal experience. It is also an anti-androgen, so it's not a good thing for guys to take because it can feminize us by opposing the androgen receptors.
Clomid is garbage. Take it if you want to get gyno, fat gain, ED, suicidal mood, etc.
What is your goal, PCT? Or, looking for a natural boost in test levels?

I will agree that some guys get the bad sides you mentioned...but I have taken clomid several times with good results-I don't think it is fair to call clomid garbage.

You come out with some pretty big statements, have you taken clomid? I haven't but lots of members have and they can't all be wrong can they? I know anecdotal evidence is the weakest form but when you hear something over and over theres usually some fire to go with that smoke. Can you justify what you say with some solid peer reviewed studys etc

This was a horrible reply, Clomid is great and are regularly used by Dr to boost test, recovery and sperm count. It can raise estrogen but not as much as you make it sound like. For reference my last blood work showed a test level of 1100 and estro at 50 after 8-10 weeks of 25mg ed. I also went form “too low to measure” sperm count to making babies after 8 weeks of Clomid.
and btw, I feel great on Clomid.

Yes I have taken Clomid that my doctor prescribed for low Testosterone. I said nothing about the Estradiol level that clomid would affect. SERMs (inlcuding Clomid) give false Estradiol readings. They can give either low, normal or high Estradiol readings because the lab cannot accurately test E2 while you are on a SERM.
Clomid contains 2 isomers: Zuclomiphene and Enclomiphene. It is Zuclomiphene that is highly estrogenic and cause the estrogenic effects by activation the estrogen receptors, without any need of Estradiol. Enclomiphene is anti-estrogenic and is actually available from compounding pharmacies like Tailor Made. I have not used Enclomiphene, so cannot speak on it. But, Clomid for sure causes gyno, fat gain, ED, suicidal depression in myself on only 12.5mg EOD within 2 days when I took it. You can read about others and how they get ED and anxiety, depression as well.

Maybe in you but far from everyone, it do the complete opposite to me so for you to state this as facts is wrong and misleading, especially to someone that never tried it.

When did you take bloods? Following the 8 weeks of Clomid (right after) or a couple weeks later or during? Was this after a cycle?

My low sperm count was after 3yrs of TRT, had to get off trt because I wanted another kid. The high reading was after PCT from a cycle a few yrs later, my natural test level have been in the high 400’s after the trt restart.
