Hey,

Talk about confusion!

Various brands, it's difficult to tell which product is great value.

Any recommendations for products available on iHerb? They have free shipping to Australia.

Thank you.

P.S. mainly taking due to GERD.

Over at Strong Supp Shop I've used GI Juice a few times and i like it. I haven't found a digestive enzyme that I would say is my must go to but GI Juice is toward the top of my list.

I haven't found many that do a great deal, but adding sauerkraut to some meals and pineapple to other meals helps a little bit. There's quite a few foods you can incorporate into your diet that are beneficial

Look into glutamine. I remember reading it’s good for Gerd.

NOW super enzyme CAPS NOT TABS works well for me for basic help with large meals. If you are compromised already in the GI/digestion department Now Digest Ultimate.

Sometimes you need to take more than one on the cheaper products. Enzymedica makes some of the best but are not cheap by any means.

I use ‘Digezyme’ branded enzymes from Bulk (here in the UK). I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
