Difference in dosage of T3?

Would the same dosage of liquid vs tablet of t3 expect the same results? Not sure about the bioavailability of both methods.

Also, I heard not to drink milk 2 hours before and after? Can anyone verify this?

You can expect the same results (and sides) with the liquids as you can with the tabs.

I have never heard the milk anecdote.
