Difference between DHEA vs 1 Testosterone

If DHEA converts into testosterone in the body, why would taking 1 Testosterone be considered a prohormone and thus considered illegal or an enhancement? Is it because of the process (ie natural vs synthesized?? School me...

What do you mean by "1 testosterone"? To me that means dhb, which is an anabolic steroid, not a prohormone.

until 1994 there was no difference in the gobenmnts eyes between the two. :oops:
