Dieting While on AAS (Test E)

Hey guys currently i plan on running:

Test E at 500mg a Week for 16 weeks.
Clen/t3 ramping

Now I plan on cutting up and am looking for the best macronutrient approach. I seem to be a bit carb sensitive as well.

I was thinking around 50% Protein / 20% Carbs / 30% Fat

Or what about carb cycling??

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated!

Only you will know how your body works. What works for some, won't work for others. I personally cut on a pretty high amount of carbs, otherwise I get much flatter than I'd want. I think looking into something like carb cycling would be a good idea once you start having trouble losing fat.

3rd cycle, I got the cycle pretty much down. Just need help with the diet-

Heres an overview:


Test @ 250-300mg 2x per week (1-12weeks)..
Epistane 30mg for 2 weeks, 40mg for 3 weeks(9-14 weeks)

Clen- @ 20/40/60/80/80/100/100 Wk1 (going to 100mcg depending on sides)
@ 100/100/100/100/100/80/60 Wk2
Keto- 1 week , then repeat 2 weeks of Clen
t3- @ 25/50/50/75/50/25/ - Each being per week.

Osta 12.5mg per day- in the morning before breakfast
100/75/50/25 Clomid Split
Nolva 20/20/20/20
.25mg Adex EOD
 
Nope I'm an easy gainer, I gain fat pretty easy. Check out some of layne nortons videos on youtube. There's a good one on metabolic damage I recommend.
